My ever-growing TBR pile is filled with loads of anticipated new releases and far too many forgotten books from previous years, but on that list is loads of books I know I’m going love and am super excited to read! I don’t want to jinx anything but I’ve got a strong feeling that all the books are going to be five-star reads and I just hope that that they all live up to my high expectations.
Crescent City by Sarah J Maas – Sarah J Maas is the queen of fantasy and there will never be anything of hers that I wouldn’t read, I’d honestly read her shopping list and give it five stars! The wonderful worlds and characters she imagines are always among some of my favourites and her adventures have provided me with some of my most memorable reading experiences.
The Well of Ascension by Brandon Sanderson – This needs to be on my March TBR as even I’m getting annoyed that I keep talking about this book! If you’ve been living under a rock then you won’t know that I absolutely adore this series and the enchanting world Sanderson has created.
Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare – I don’t think this book needs any justification to why I think it will be a five star read! I’ve keep seeing pictures of all the PR boxes for this book and now I’m even more excited; I need a set of those illustrated tarot cards!
All The Stars and Teeth by Adalyn Grace – I’ve seen book all over the blogging scene recently and after reading the synopsis I’m convinced that I’m going to absolutely adore it. Set in a kingdom where danger lurks beneath the sea, mermaids seek vengeance with song, and magic is a choice, Adalyn Grace’s All the Stars and Teeth is a thrilling fantasy for fans of Stephanie Garber’s Caraval and Sarah J. Maas’s Throne of Glass series.
Truthwitch by Susan Dennard – This is a series that’s been on my TBR list for years and I can’t fathom why its taken me this long to start it! The covers are beautiful, the storyline sounds like something up my alley and all of my favourite authors always rave about it, so I think it’s only right that I start reading it soon!
Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson – An epic fantasy that everyone has been talking about, and now it’s my turn to jump on the bandwagon and give it a read.
Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi – This book seriously blew up last year and its clear why as it has such a unique and intriguing concept which is no surprise that audiences love. This West African fantasy sounds so refreshingly overdue and I can’t wait to dive into such a diverse world.
I keep hearing the best things about Sorcery of Thorns!! I can’t wait to read it, this 2020 for sure. I hope all this books are 5 stars for you or at least you enjoy them a lot ❤️✨
